Senior XV Head Coach – Cleethorpes RUFC

Cleethorpes RUFC is dedicated to unlocking the full potential of our senior section, inspiring our junior players to aspire to 1XV rugby. We are an ambitious club with a strong foundation and a great team culture, but we need the right leadership to take us to the next level.

We are seeking a passionate and committed Head Coach to lead the development of our 1XV squad. With a player base of around 30, we are consistently on the verge of promotion but need better structure and coaching support to make it happen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead training sessions and matchday preparation.
• Develop a clear playing structure and team strategy.
• Organise coaching cover in case of absence.
• Work with players to enhance individual and team performance.

Preferred Requirements:

• A coaching qualification (RFU Level 2 or above preferred).
• Senior XV coaching experience
