Job Title: Men’s Head Coach
Reports to: Board of Derby RFC
Closing date: Friday 28th March 2025. Position begins Pre-Season for the 2025/26 season (date to be finalised).
Job Purpose: To oversee, develop and implement an ambitious coaching strategy to ensure the success of men’s rugby at Derby RFC.
Job Description: Derby RFC is recruiting an outstanding Head Coach. The primary role of the candidate will be to ensure the success and development of the men’s senior playing teams (1st & 2nd XV). A secondary aspect of this role will be to liaise with other relevant coaches to ensure Derby Rugby Club’s overall aims and objectives are able to be met
Salary: This is a part time position. Competitive package available to be discussed with candidate.
