Boston RFC – Men’s Head Coach

Boston RFC is looking for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic coach to help the club to rebuild.

We will be playing Adult L8 rugby next season, aiming to be competitive  in Counties 2 Midlands East North. We run a second team playing in the NLD Merit League.

We need to recruit players, while retaining and developing all those currently with us and also facilitating the transition to adult rugby from our highly-successful junior teams.

Reporting directly to committee members, you will coach and develop the club’s senior male players, encouraging enjoyable, winning rugby.

You will need a proven track record of achieving success in adult rugby.
