Women’s Rugby Prospect Day

Aimed at current Year 12 and 13 students, Prospects Days are the ideal way to come and get a feeling for what rugby at the University of Nottingham Women’s Rugby Club is like and immerse yourself in the Green and Gold. You will get

🏉 Full day in our rugby programme
🏉 Tour of our incredible facilities, the £40M David Ross Sports Village
🏉 Presentation on the Women’s rugby programme from the Head Coach and current players where you will have the opportunity to ask any questions
🏉 Coached S&C session in the HPZ (High Performance Zone), our athletes only gym regularly used by Olympians and International teams
🏉 Pitch session with the coaching team
🏉 Coached recovery session.

Following previous prospects days, lots of the students joining us this year made their decision that Nottingham was a serious contender in their University choices. Prospects days are totally free of charge, have a limited capacity and do fill up quickly so if you are interested, we would urge you to reserve your place via the link as soon as possible.
