England Rugby Introduction to Refereeing Course

The England Rugby Introduction to Refereeing award is our introductory qualification into match officiating, giving participants the basics to safely facilitate and manage a game of Rugby Union, with a mix of face-to-face (3 hours) and e-learning (3 hours).

This course is supplemented with additional workshops designed by the NLD Referees Society, making this a full day (0930-16.30) experience.

Lunch is provided.

This course is open to members of NLD clubs (min age 14 years old), and is suitable for anybody with an interest in refereeing/pursuing an ‘Introduction to Refereeing’ qualification: current and ex-players, coaches, parents, etc.
