Building your Women and Girls’ Action Plan

RFU Club Development are invite you to their new workshop, designed to support clubs in developing their Women and Girls’ Action Plan.
The 90 minute workshop will support clubs to understand:
- their vision and objectives for their Women and Girls’ section
- how those objectives align with the with the club’s overall vision, and
- how to create a clear and deliverable strategy to reach their goals
It is recommended that at least 2 members of your club attend the workshop (ideally, one from the Women and Girls’ section and another from the Club Committee) in order to ensure a collaborative approach in creating a comprehensive action plan.

The workshop will run on 7.00-8.30pm on four consecutive dates 17-20 April 2023
