Annual General Meeting – Monday 29th June 2026
I have pleasure in enclosing this advanced Notice for the 2026 Annual General Meeting of NLDRFU Limited. A definitive agenda will be sent out nearer the date. In the meantime, a draft agenda is attached.
Any member club wishing to raise a Resolution should do so by email to [email protected] by Sunday 14th June 2026 so that it can be circulated accordingly.
The RFU plaques will be presented to all of our RFU League winners at the AGM.
All Clubs, Domestic Unions and Schools in membership are entitled to attend with up to 2 representatives with the power to vote.
