NLD U18 (G) Training at UoN
Despite Jack Frost’s best efforts, our NLD U18W team pressed on with training this week in preparation for their upcoming game…
After a few calls, the University of Nottingham came to our rescue, offering us time on their 3G pitch. We were also fortunate to receive guidance from their first team coach, Tim, and first team captain, Casey. This provided our girls with a fantastic opportunity to experience university-level rugby.
The training session was outstanding, and our coaches couldn’t be prouder of the team’s efforts. Unfortunately, while we were training, we received news that Sunday’s game was called off. Nevertheless, there are plenty of positives to take away from this experience.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Tim, Casey, and the University of Nottingham for their support and for providing our team with such a valuable experience.
