The Age Grade Rugby out of season regulations change permanently from Summer 2023.
The RFU have produced a very informative Summer Activity Framework which supports coaches with guidance on the new summer/out of season activities for age grade players, along with Age Grade Regulation & Playing Updates for 2023-24.
