O2 Touch
From the rugby beginner to the seasoned player, Touch is a sure fire way to enjoy the sport. Focusing on the main principles of the game – attack, defence, passing and evasive running, but with minimal contact, it means that Touch gives men and women alike the opportunity to get involved in this great set up. It is a great way to get involved in the game, offers the opportunity to make friends, get fit and most of all have fun!

Whether you want to learn the basics or play some informal games this allows you to turn up when you can with your friends or by yourself to enjoy a fun Touch session led by qualified coaches.
O2 TouchLeague
If you fancy something a little more serious check out the League competitions that run weekly around the country.
Many clubs also run Touch sessions during the summer and some all year round.
