glasgowcommonwealthSevens is becoming a more and more popular form of the game.  With the emphasis on speed and stamina it offers a brilliant diversion from the traditional 15 a side format.

While the game was once perhaps viewed as a bit of end of season fun for some clubs to take part in, the popularity of the format has increased significantly over recent years.  With the success of the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games and the inclusion of Rugby Sevens into the Olympics for 2016 and beyond this is only expected to grow in the coming years.
