Chair of NLD RFU

The Board of NLD RFU are agreed that an open role application process be adopted for all positions within the CB management. This, along with term limits for all roles of 2 x 3 years, will ensure that we have a more robust governance  process that will provide regular opportunities for anyone that is interested in joining the management team to further the delivery of rugby services, support and administration across the CB. Alongside these changes, a proposal will be put to the AGM in June that will look to streamline the structure of our administration from a Management Committee and a Board to one Management Board which will include direct representation from each of the individual County Unions.

We are inviting applications for the role of Chair of the Board and include a role description below for this important position which will be pivotal in formulating a new strategy from next season and drive the actions that are needed to meet the objectives to reach our goals.
