The former ‘NLD Coaching Committee’ has been rebranded as the ‘NLD Game Development Committee’ and is led by NLD Head of Game Development Dave Andrews. The committee will oversee the areas of Coaching, Refereeing and Medical within NLD. Working with the RFU Professional Staff, the NLD Referees Society and the Medical personnel the committee will focus on promoting the development of, improvement and excellence of these club members through organised events, courses and mentoring. It also will have the ability to provide financial support for Award Courses when finance is a barrier for the individual.
Applications are invited for the following positions on the Committee;
- Club Coaching Coordinator representative
- State School and an Independent Schools representatives
The group generally meets 3 times per year at a central location within NLD.
