In addition to making plans for the six-week tournament, fans can now look forward to the Rugby World Cup Trophy Tour in the UK and Ireland including a visit to NLD on Sunday 9 August. Launching on 10 June, marking exactly 100 days to go to the opening match, the trophy will travel through Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Wales and England counting down to the start of the tournament before arriving at Twickenham Stadium on 18 September ahead of the opening ceremony.
NLD are delighted to confirm the programme events for the Trophy’s visit and we hope that many of you will put the date in your diaries as we welcome rugby’s greatest prize, the Webb Ellis Cup.
